Job Description:

We are seeking a Part-Time NEMT Driver to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and is looking for a rewarding position in patient care logistics. Due to increasing trip volume and new contracts, this part-time role offers a clear pathway to full-time employment for motivated and reliable individuals.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation for clients with varying mobility needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Safely transport clients to and from scheduled medical appointments using a company vehicle.
· Provide friendly, compassionate, and professional assistance to clients based on their specific needs.
· Safely operate and assist clients with various mobility aids, including stretchers, stair chairs, wheelchairs, and provide ambulatory assistance.
· Utilize GPS and navigation apps effectively to plan efficient routes.
· Maintain a clean and professional vehicle, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and secured.
· Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and traffic laws.
· Complete daily trip logs and documentation accurately.

Qualifications:

· A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

. Clean Background/Fingerprinting

. High School or Equivalent
· Must be personable, patient, and have a genuine passion for helping people, including the elderly and those with limited mobility.
· Ability to learn and confidently perform patient handling techniques (full paid training provided).
· Physical ability to lift, bend, and assist clients as needed.
· Excellent navigation skills and the ability to follow GPS directions.
· Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.

What We Offer:

· Compensation: $18 per hour, with a rapid pathway to $19 per hour based on completion of training and demonstrate proficiency during the 90 probationary period.
