Delivery

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Delivery Driver/Rider/Floater to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods and packages to customers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to manage delivery schedules efficiently.

When not on deliveries, you will be responsible for helping the Fulfillment Team – pulling, packing, verifying manifests, rotating inventory and help with quality checks. If Fulfillment doesn’t need help, you are then to report to the Production Team – Apply labels, box inventory, seal bags, case pack, etc. There may be a time from time that you will assist with packaging or steam tunneling our drinks to help the Kitchen Team.

Help maintain the cleanliness of our facility, our Vehicles and any task that may arise from the Processing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customers at designated locations.
• Review and verify delivery orders for accuracy before departure.
• Plan routes efficiently and follow scheduled delivery timelines.
• Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Obtain customer signatures upon delivery and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle, reporting any issues promptly.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Communicate with dispatch or management regarding delays, issues, or delivery updates.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to [insert weight, e.g. 50 lbs].
• Familiarity with GPS devices, mapping apps, and route planning.
