- Facilitate recreational activities that encourage physical movement and cognitive engagement.
- Monitor client behavior and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate professionals.
- Assist with heavy lifting as needed for clients requiring mobility support.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with health regulations.
- Utilize conflict management skills to effectively address any issues that may arise during care.
Qualifications
- Experience in social work, home care, or patient care is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial for effective communication within healthcare settings.
