Position Summary: As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding guest service while safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a timely manner. This position requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and efficient in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while following company procedures.
• Accurately manage vehicle keys, claim tickets, and parking logs.
• Assist guests with directions, luggage, packages, and general hospitality needs.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient valet operation.
• Follow all company safety policies and client-specific procedures.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure exceptional service.

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is strongly preferred, including valet, hotels, restaurants, country clubs, event venues, or similar guest-service environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned work locations.
• Ability to arrive on time, in full uniform, for every scheduled shift.
• Maintain a professional appearance that reflects New Frontier Valet's high standards.

Physical Requirements: This is an active position that requires employees to:

• Stand, walk, jog, and remain active throughout an entire shift.
• Frequently enter and exit vehicles of various makes and models.
• Lift up to 25 pounds when assisting guests.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
