Hours: up to 40 per week, Monday - Friday plus a 4 hour shift every other Saturday

Job responsibilities:

• Assist with bank opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure our customers receive exceptional care both in person and on the phone.
• Process teller transactions and open new accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
• Recommend products and services to support each customer’s needs.
• Address and resolve customer requests efficiently and professionally.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma required, some college preferred.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Previous banking experience preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

• Proficient with cash handling and basic math.
• Fast and accurate alpha/numeric data entry.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills needed.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods while operating office equipment.
• Detail-oriented and team-focused.
