About the Position
As a Systems Support Tech I, you are responsible for providing first-level technical support for staff and internal systems support for the company. You will assist in the daily operations of the IT department with a focus on top-tier professionalism and customer service.
Your Impact Will Include:
- Assisting with first-level technical support for staff, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computers, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity as needed
- Utilize the IT ticketing system to track all technical and systems support requests, and claim, work, and close these tickets in a timely manner within the approved process
- Help maintain the hybrid Active Directory/Azure environment, updating SharePoint as needed, creating or updating basic Power Automate flows, basic network troubleshooting, and terminating and running RJ45 cables
- Support IT-related training initiatives and provide basic usage guidance to staff when needed
- Performing additional duties as assigned to support our mission and operations

Where You’ll Work
- Work performed primary in a professional office environment, with some flexibility for hybrid/remote work based on company and operational needs
- Role requires occasional movement between program sites, facilities, and vendor locations
- Work may involve being in server rooms, network closets, or other technical spaces that may have temperature or noise variations
- Role routinely operates office and technology equipment, such as computers, monitors, phones, and other productivity tools
- Work is typically performed in areas with standard lighting, temperature, and noise levels
