What You’ll Do
- Provide Classroom Support: Assist teachers with daily academic tasks, small group activities, and individualized learning plans.
- Support Student Inclusion: Guide students through transitions, lunch, recess, and school activities to help them stay engaged and supported.
- Foster Positive Behaviors: Use supportive strategies to model, encourage, and guide students through behavioral challenges and emotional regulation.
- Adapt to Daily Needs: Maintain flexibility to assist across different classrooms, small group settings, or 1-on-1 assignments as school needs evolve.
- Build Relationships: Create a welcoming, safe environment for students with a wide range of learning styles and abilities.
Pay: $23.73 - $28.57 per hour
