Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Industrial Maintenance
- An ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to operate with safety, efficiency, and professionalism
- Working knowledge of tools and equipment related to the role
- Previous experience in apartment or property maintenance is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; related certifications are advantageous
