The role:
NFE is searching for a Treasury Analyst to ensure effective daily cash management, liquidity forecasting, and treasury operations across domestic and international entities. The role will support treasury reporting and TMS administration, banking and credit relationships, bank account management, debt and intercompany reconciliations, and month-end close activities while partnering cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and external banking partners to enhance liquidity management, strengthen internal controls.
What you will do:
- Maintain and update daily treasury reports and Treasury Management Systems (TMS) to support weekly liquidity reporting
- Prepare and analyze daily cash positions and near-term cash flow forecasts
- Assist with treasury support for credit and banking relationships
- Monitor and manage liquidity at the subsidiary level to support local funding requirements and optimize cash utilization
- Administer domestic and international bank accounts, including account openings/closings, KYC documentation, FBAR support, and banking resolutions
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities related to cash, debt, and treasury operations
- Identify and implement SOX-compliant process improvements to enhance treasury operations and internal controls
- Track, reconcile, and analyze intercompany transactions and balances
- Reconcile debt-related accruals, interest expense, and invoices in coordination with accounting and finance teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and external banking partners on treasury-related matters
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Company
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting or MIS preferred
- 2 years of experience in relevant or similar roles, including accounting or finance, preferably in treasury
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required: pivot tables, v-lookups, etc
- Excellent working knowledge of Treasury Management Systems and banking platforms viewed favorably
- Strong analytical and communication skills
What we offer:
Expected Annual Base Salary Range: Any offered salary is determined by several components, including, but not limited to, job duties, geographic location, market data/ranges, applicant skills and prior relevant experience. The minimum/maximum expected annual salary information includes only base salary or hourly rate and does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be offered.
Incentive Compensation: NFE employees are eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus, determined at NFE’s discretion based on company and individual performance. NFE reserves the right to amend its incentive compensation practices, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive compensation payment.
