Essential Functions

Pay Rate: $18.75 per hour

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

• Inspect Tractor / Sprayer at the start of each shift and through the day to assure that equipment is in safe running condition.
• Report any unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately.
• Maintain and operate Tractor/Sprayer to meet scheduled needs.
• Apply detergent, disinfectant and insecticide as scheduled to fryer houses.
• Document products being used per E.P.A. request and follow all rules dictated by MSDS program.
• Wash fryer houses, fans, cool-cells, side screens, and curtains. Mix and apply detergent, disinfectant, and insecticide to all houses as scheduled.
• Wear proper protective equipment.
• Mix and apply scheduled chemicals to fryer houses according to label guild lines, dispose of empty containers as recommended by label and document chemicals being applied for each ranch.
• Inspect Grader, Tractor and all special equipment Carryalls, Housekeepers, Corner-puller, Broom, Blower, BG Scraper, Weed- Sprayer at the start of each shift and through the to assure that equipment Is in safe running condition.
• Report any unsafe Conditions to your Supervisor immediately. Maintain and operate Tractor to meet scheduled needs.
• Inspect Tractor & Equipment at the start of each shift and through the day as needed to assure that equipment is in safe running condition.
• Operate and maintain grader, tractor as well as All special equipment carryalls, housekeepers Corner-puller, broom, blower, BG scraper and Disc. In the removal of old litter, the placement of new litter (Rice hulls) and leveling of ground in and around chicken houses in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform groundwork as needed. Report all damages to equipment and or buildings to your leadsperson or supervisor immediately.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class C driver’s license with a clean DMV printout.
• Must be able to operate farm tractor with 1000-gallon sprayer.
• Must be motivated to work independently as needed.
• Must be able to pass annual face musk test.
• Must be able to understand and follow MSDS guild lines
• Must be able to keep records of produces being applied.
• Must be able to operate grader, tractor and special equipment.
• Must be motivated to work independently as needed.
• Must be able to perform groundwork when needed.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work at different ranch locations.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to work independently with or without direct supervision.
