Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the design and documentation of a variety of projects including tribal government, cultural, education, and healthcare facilities.
- Produce drawings, specifications, and reports that align with project goals and client expectations.
- Apply codes and regulations to design solutions while supporting the creation of culturally sensitive, community-informed spaces.
- Participate in client meetings and design presentations; communicate ideas clearly and respectfully.
- Contribute to QA/QC processes and collaborate with engineering, interiors, and technical teams.
- Maintain awareness of schedules, deliverables, and budget implications in your role.

Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture or related design field required.
- For licensed Architects: A valid architectural license in applicable state.
- For unlicensed Architects: A degree in architecture or related field and a passion for the profession.
- 8 years of relevant design experience preferred.
- Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, technical ability, and community-centered work.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prior experience with Native American clients or tribal projects is valued but not required.
