Salary: OverviewThe HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the human resources department in various operational tasks. This position involves managing employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, benefit management and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Coordinator acts as a liaison between employees and management, playing a pivotal role in maintaining an efficient and effective HR function within the organization.This will be a 1099 contractor position, with the anticipation of working 20 hours or more weekly.DutiesAssist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checksMaintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracyCoordinate employee onboarding and orientation programsProvide support in administering employee benefits and compensation plansFacilitate employee training and development initiativesEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policiesHandle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related mattersAssist in the preparation of HR reports and metricsOrganize and manage HR documentation and filing systemsSupport performance management processes and employee evaluationsCoordinate employee engagement and recognition programsParticipate in HR projects and initiatives as assignedQualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in an HR role or related administrative positionAbility to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and staff.Proficiency in using computer systems for Bamboo HR data entry and record management.This position is essential in supporting our commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services while ensuring that all practitioners meet the required qualifications to deliver safe patient care.Schedule:Flexible shiftDay shiftMonday to Friday
