Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Assistant Manager to support daily operations at our self-storage facility. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working independently while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with rentals, payments, and general inquiries
- Maintain office organization and accurate customer records
- Perform property walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness and security
- Support collections, including past-due follow-ups
- Help maintain curb appeal (light cleaning, trash removal, reporting maintenance issues)
- Assist with marketing efforts and promotions as needed
Qualifications:
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, POS systems)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable and punctual
