At New Era Property Services, we provide housekeeping services and fully manage single-family luxury homes in RI and MA. The position is part-time to start and can quickly grow to a full-time.

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and dedicated house manager / house cleaner to join the company. The ideal candidate must have great communication skills with both clients and staff, with the ability to solve problems.

This position is not dedicated to one location. Service locations are in Providence, Johnston and surrounding areas. This role is more of a working account manager. The candidate we hire will be responsible for partially overseeing new team members and also providing housekeeping to a few homes of their own. The schedule is standard business hours, no weekends.

Experience in these areas required:

• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness
• Bed making
• Doing laundry and put away
• Return Amazon packages
• Grocery shop
• Organize the closets and other locations
• Do dishes and put them away
• Stock the supplies for the home
• All other routine housekeeping needs

Skills

• Ability to manage a small team
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality work
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot issues
• Physical stamina to perform tasks and lift moderate weights up to 25 lbs
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
