Duties
- Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of outdoor areas including walkways, gardens, parking lots, and landscaped spaces
- Remove debris, trash, leaves, and keep grounds tidy and safe in all weather conditions
- Maintain outdoor amenities such as benches, lighting fixtures, signage, and fencing to ensure they are in good condition
- Assist with planting flowers, watering plants, and other landscaping tasks to enhance curb appeal
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate team members
- Support event setups or special outdoor projects as needed to ensure spaces are ready for use
- Conduct regular inspections of exterior grounds to uphold cleanliness standards and safety protocols
Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and cleanliness
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and outdoor maintenance equipment preferred
- Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of quality
- Prior experience in groundskeeping or outdoor maintenance is a plus but not required; training will be provided
