Role Description
This is a Land Agent contract role based in California, with the flexibility to work remotely some of the time. The Land Agent will be responsible for conducting title research, negotiating land leases, and performing due diligence to secure property rights for the projects. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, preparing reports, maintaining thorough documentation, and utilizing GIS tools for mapping.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of seismic permitting, lease acquisition, title work, and land negotiations.
- Proficiency in research and data analysis relevant to land management and renewable energy projects.
- Experience with GIS mapping tools for property analysis and project planning.
