What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Support - Shared Services position at New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co., Inc.?
New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co., Inc. (NESL) is looking for Seasonal Support in our Shared Services Department. The position will support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Billing, and Cash Apps.
- Assist AP with scanning, research, processing of invoices.
- Assist Billing with entry of Hired Hauler wait times and preparing invoices to be mailed to customers.
- Assist Cash App with research and posting of cash.
- Gather and organize information for various audit requests, as needed.
