Paving Foreperson - What Will You Do?
- BUILD AMERICA - Assist in multiple aspects of road jobs across the Lancaster Area.
- Lead and direct people, equipment and resources in the construction of roads.
- Ensure sufficient deployment and productivity of work crews.
- Engage in open communication with the Superintendent and Project Managers and report any issues which could affect the project plan.
- Work as a team member and leader to carry prep sites for paving work and/or set traffic patterns.
- Identify and execute best practices concerning the efficient use of construction materials.
- Review and adhere to construction schedules, ensuring milestones and completion dates are met.
- Read and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Learn more about the Materials & Aggregate Industry in PA
Requirements - Who Are We Looking For?
- 3 to 5 years’ experience as construction or paving foreperson.
- NECEPT certification is a plus.
- Able to collaborate and communicate across the business.
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.
- Team Mindset - "The NESL Way"
- Focus on Safety, Quality, and Accuracy.
- Valid driver's license and meets NESL's driving standards, preferred.
