Batch Plant Operator - What Will You Do?
- Responsible production and delivery of quality concrete which meets all required specifications.
- Responsible for daily plant maintenance and ongoing predictive and preventative maintenance.
- Maintain regular communication with dispatch office to provide excellent service to customers.
- Assist with customer issues by working in conjunction with Sales and Dispatch.
- Responsible for ordering materials daily and maintaining proper inventory levels at the plant.
- Responsible for collecting and sending driver paperwork daily.

Requirements - Who Are We Looking For?
- Experience in RMC production or quality control preferred.
- High aptitude for electrical and mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work long hours and varying schedule.
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.

- High School Graduate/GED.
- Valid driver's license and meets NESL's driving standards, preferred.
