Route Service / Sales Driver (Mon–Fri)
New England Uniform is hiring a Route Service / Sales Driver to service and grow customer accounts along an established route. This is a full-time, weekday (Monday–Friday, daytime) position with no nights or weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, mats, mops, and other rental items
- Service and sell within an existing customer base
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve concerns
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
- Control inventory and follow DOT driving and safety regulations
- Work in a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor environment
- Operate company trucks with air conditioning

Requirements:
- Active driver’s license
- At least 21 years of age (DOT requirement for vehicles over 10,000 lbs)
- Ability to meet physical job requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or military service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and service-driven
- Prior route sales, delivery, or customer service experience preferred
