Student Services Advisor – Join Our Mission to Support Student Success!
Location: Somers, CT (On-site)
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours), Monday-Friday w/ some weekend days

We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented, friendly, and student-focused Student Services Advisor to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you’ll be the go-to person supporting students from enrollment through graduation and beyond — ensuring records are accurate, processes run smoothly, and each student receives the best possible experience.
What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional service to students, staff, and visitors — both in-person and by phone.
Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
Manage tuition payments and generate related reports.
Help with student payment collections as needed.
Support students on their journey, from enrollment to post-graduation testing and licensure.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues impacting student success.
Assist with scheduling, record audits, mail processing, and maintaining office inventory.
Contribute to a positive, efficient, and compliant campus environment.
What You Bring
A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
The ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using cloud-based systems.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
A commitment to compliance and accountability (training provided).
At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience involving data entry and customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Collections or Student Services experience a plus.
