The Hot Tub Sales Professional will take on all sales responsibilities from following up on leads to closing the sale to follow-up with customer after the delivery date and more…Ideal candidates will not only deliver a professional presentation to customers, but also uphold the ideals and standards of NE Spas by providing the highest quality products and services that create enthusiastic, satisfied and HAPPY customers.

Responsibilities:
· Must deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and highest levels of customer satisfaction
· Work with customer through all phases of the sales process to determine their needs, then recommend the right product whether in store, on the website or at their home
· Flexible schedule to visit with customers in their home to perform site evaluations/backyard consulting required
· Assist with all store operations including opening/closing store, assisting retail department with stocking and sales, and covering shifts at other locations.
· Must enjoy making and receiving lots of phone calls, not only for sales leads, but delivery checks, water care questions, referrals, etc.
Qualifications & Education:
· High school diploma is preferred with at least 1 year of successful, proven track record of selling.
· Willing to train motivated candidates who have exceptional customer service skills with the strong ability to close the sale

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
