Duties
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
- Removing brush, & trees
- Assist in installing Septic systems
- Help with site safety by following protocols, maintaining clean work areas
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision to perform tasks such as digging, lifting, or moving materials
- Follow detailed instructions to help install structures, fixtures, or infrastructure components accurately
- Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining a safe work environment
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures and OSHA regulations is advantageous
