Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Hotel Overnight Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services during overnight hours, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, and maintaining guest satisfaction throughout the night. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, hospitality management experience, and a passion for guest relations in a resort or hotel environment.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest calls promptly, and provide accurate information
- Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and billing information using hotel management software
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy
- Monitor security of the property during overnight hours and report any issues or concerns
- Assist with guest services such as concierge requests, room assignments, and special accommodations
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is a plus
- Experience with night audit procedures or hotel guest services is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality excellence and phone etiquette
- Ability to handle guest relations professionally during late-night hours in a resort or hotel setting
