Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Milford, CT. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential customers, presenting and selling insulation solutions, and maintaining customer relationships. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, preparing quotes, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets. The role requires regular interaction with clients, builders, and contractors to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the construction or insulation industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Knowledge of insulation products and techniques is a plus, training provided
- High level of motivation and ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred, but not required
