Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Service Technician, located in Bradenton, FL, with up to 75% travel. The Field Service Technician will install, maintain, and repair packaging machinery, perform equipment diagnostics, and provide training and technical support to customers. This position requires troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, training operators on NEM equipment, and ensuring all work meets safety standards. The role also involves traveling to customer sites and maintaining strong communication for effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, equipment installation, and maintenance
- Experience with technical support, diagnostics, and customer training
- Knowledge of industrial machinery and safety regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and adapt to a hybrid work model
