Job Description:
Warehouse New England Liquidation is seeking a reliable, motivated, and people-friendly Cashier & Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role combines in-store customer service with online sales through Facebook Marketplace, making it ideal for someone who is both tech-savvy and enjoys working with people.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process transactions accurately (cash, card, and other payment methods)
- Create, post, and manage listings on Facebook Marketplace
- Respond to customer inquiries online and negotiate sales when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/store environment
- Assist with stocking, organizing, and moving merchandise
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using Facebook Marketplace and social media platforms
- Confidence in selling and interacting with customers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience operating a forklift
- General warehouse experience (loading/unloading, inventory, etc.)
- Spanish language skills
- Knowledge of tools, hardware, or home improvement products
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
