Working closely with both internal consultants and external clients, this attorney will play a critical role in providing practical and critical legal guidance on a diverse range of legal matters in support of the firm’s objectives. Responsibilities will include, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide array of commercial agreements, providing practical legal advice to consulting staff on an array of matters to balance risks and business objectives, advising on emerging areas such as AI, and managing outside counsel. Candidates with major firm experience are highly preferred.
