What you’ll do
- Engage in outside sales activities, actively seeking new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Utilize your negotiation skills to close high-end sales deals that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining strong communication with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale support.
- Demonstrate expertise in B2B sales by understanding client requirements and presenting suitable Hino and Isuzu options.
- Upsell additional features or services that enhance the value of our trucks, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the dealership team on inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels for customer demand.
- Deliver engaging presentations and public speaking sessions to showcase our truck offerings at industry events or client meetings.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automotive or truck industry.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous dealership experience is a plus, particularly in automobile or retail sales environments.
- Familiarity with CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships effectively.
