Commercial construction company specializing in Divisions 9, 10 and 11 has an immediate position available for an estimator.
The successful candidate must have:
· Experience in Divisions 9, 10, 11 and 12 (Required)
· Understanding of construction bidding and estimating documents
· Experience analyzing and interpreting architectural plans, performing take-offs
· Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, detail oriented with a strong work ethic
· Must be able to work independently as well as with others
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment, managing and meeting multiple deadlines
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficient in computers, including MS Office
· Prior work experience in the construction industry, 5 years work experience in estimating preferred
· Salary based on experience
