Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and other machinery to perform earthmoving, grading, lifting, and material handling tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Follow all safety protocols and construction site procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.
- Assist with site preparation, material loading/unloading, and other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and similar machinery.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of construction equipment.
- Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy loads and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
