Membership Sales Associate
Drive membership growth while helping individuals improve their health and wellness through a consultative, relationship-focused sales approach.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed membership sales quotas
- Generate leads through community outreach and networking
- Conduct tours, present membership options, and close sales
- Build rapport and foster long-term member retention
- Follow up with prospects and handle customer service concerns
- Collaborate with team members to achieve center goals
Qualifications:
- Proven retail or sales experience with goal achievement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with results-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Sports Management, Business, Marketing)
- Fitness industry experience preferred

QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing or the equivalent, required. Previous experience within the fitness, health and wellness industry preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
