Heavy Equipment Shop Tech/Driver
Location: Litchfield, MA – On-site with travel
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hr shifts (overtime available), no nights/no weekends

Job Purpose
As a Heavy Equipment Technician, you’ll provide on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs for compact landscaping and construction equipment at customer locations. This role requires strong technical knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate service records and parts usage
- Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide professional service
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable work history and commitment to safety
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
