Responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist patients at the front desk in a friendly, professional manner
- Update patient records and insurance while ensuring accuracy of information
- Handle patient inquiries, registration and scheduling both in-person and over the phone
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and assist with medical office tasks as needed

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills, proficiency in administrative tasks (including basic computer and phone systems) and great attention to detail
