Overview:
New England Barricade, Sign & Safety is hiring a full-time Production & Sign Manufacturing Associate to support sign production and warehouse operations. This role is hands-on and includes manufacturing, material handling, order fulfillment, inventory, and general warehouse support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sign production and assembly
- Pick, stage, and prepare materials and orders
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming deliveries
- Support shipping, deliveries, and order fulfillment
- Operate safely in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and handling requirements
Requirements:
- Full-time availability
- Ability to perform physical work (lifting, standing, moving materials)
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Willingness to learn production processes (training provided)
- Prior warehouse, production, or shipping experience is a plus but not required
