- Inspect plumbing systems and identify potential issues, providing appropriate solutions.
- Supervise and train other apprenticeship plumbers, ensuring their adherence to safety protocols and work standards.
- Collaborate with team members, estimators and engineers to plan and execute plumbing projects.
- Follow blueprints, building codes, and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient plumbing installations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety standards during all plumbing work.
- Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and quickly diagnose problems to develop effective solutions.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment, such as pipe cutters, wrenches, soldering torches, and pipe fittings, to complete plumbing tasks.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and plumbing advancements to provide customers with the most effective and efficient solutions.
- Proven experience as a Master Plumber, working on a variety of commercial plumbing projects.
- Valid plumbing license or certification issued by the state of Vermont, New Hampshire is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing and piping systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate installations and repairs.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various locations, including confined spaces and heights.
- Safety-conscious mindset, following all relevant safety protocols and guidelines.
