As a Wealth Management Associate, you’ll be the key liaison for existing clients, strengthening relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and helping clients achieve their goals.

What You’ll Do
· Manage and deepen client relationships.
· Conduct proactive outreach, schedule and lead annual review meetings, and ensure a best-in-class client experience.
· Utilize book of business analysis to identify and market to client opportunities within an existing book of business.
· Uncover additional planning needs, ask for referrals, and identify new business opportunities — internally or externally.
· Execute trades, process cash requests, and handle day-to-day account servicing.
· Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, eMoney, and other systems.
· Prepare for client meetings by gathering and verifying data, analyzing needs, and supporting plan design.
· Stay current with licensing, continuing education, and industry best practices.
· Research financial solutions that add value to the planning process and make recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
· A fully licensed professional (Life & Health, Series 7 & Series 66 (or S63 S65) with at least 2 years of industry experience.
· Strong understanding of financial planning concepts; CFP preferred.
· Excellent communicator and presenter, comfortable on the phone and in meetings.
· Passion for client service with a warm, engaging approach.
· Self-starter who takes initiative, uncovers opportunities, and thrives on results.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
· Team player who enjoys learning, growing, and contributing to a collaborative environment.
· Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office suite, and financial planning tools (like eMoney).
