Job Description:
The Real Estate Development Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of real estate development projects, including planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, and cost. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet our high standards and are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct real estate development projects from beginning to end.
Review and approve project designs and plans.
Coordinate and manage contractors and other professionals.
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Identify and mitigate risks involved with project development.
Monitor and guide projects' operational and financial performance.
Negotiate contracts with external vendors and service providers.
Liaise with property management to ensure successful handover and operation.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, community representatives, and clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate development or project management.
At least completed 3 condominium buildings in New York City
Strong understanding of the real estate industry, market trends, and property laws.
Proven track record in managing large-scale development projects.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
