Responsibilities:
- Support the lead teacher in implementing NEA’s educational program
- Engage with children through play, exploration, and learning activities
- Ensure children are supervised at all times
- Assist with feeding, diapering, and toilet training as needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
- Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families
