Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise branch staff, set performance standards, and manage staffing, training, and development.
- Drive business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct client follow-ups, outreach, and community engagement to expand business opportunities.
- Build, manage, and retain a portfolio of customer relationships while ensuring exceptional service.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate consumer and commercial banking products.
- Refer clients to internal partners such as wealth, trust, and commercial lending.
- Track and report branch sales activities, pipeline, and progress toward goals.
- Develop and manage the annual branch budget and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, internal controls, and regulatory guidelines.
- Support security procedures and minimize operational risk.
- Lead regular staff meetings to review goals, results, and priorities.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with the Miami market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Seven years of branch management experience or equivalent background.
- Strong knowledge of branch banking operations and products.
- Proven business development skills and established Centers of Influence (COI).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Salary : $150,000 - $160,000
