Job Requirements
- Provide outstanding customer support across phone, email, live chat, and other digital channels.
- Resolve customer concerns at first contact whenever possible while meeting service-level expectations.
- Assist with account updates, transfers, closures, loan and credit card questions, and digital banking guidance.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow up on open or pending cases to ensure timely and complete resolution.
- Collaborate with teammates to identify service trends and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Maintain flexibility, adapt to shifting priorities, and consistently meet performance goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken, read, and written) is required.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and active-listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Team-oriented with strong initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to excellent customer care.
Salary : $40,000 - $42,000
