We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to work closely with patients to ensure their comfort and safety. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least one year of experience in long-term care or home health, possess a friendly and professional demeanor and enjoy helping people. This is a rewarding position with many rewards such as a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional relationship with patients and their families.
- Interpret residents' condition and needs in relation to the home environment.
- Make notes of residents' deaths, changes in resident status, appointments, and other pertinent information.
- Attend meetings and write reports for social workers and nurses.
- Communicate with family members about patient status.
- Assist with meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, shopping, etc.

Pay: $37.00 - $40.00 per hour
