Duties and Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Client Engagement:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience.
- Maintain program schedules and calendars, coordinating logistics for workshops, events and
meetings. - Assist with program implementation, including outreach, intake, registration, and follow-up
communication. - Provide timely and accurate information to clients, ensuring clear communication about services,
timelines, and expectations.
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Manage day-to- day office operations for the Homeownership Department.
- Track and maintain client records, program documents, and supply inventory.
- Prepare program materials, packets, reports, and event logistics as needed.
- Support data entry, reporting, and documentation in alignment with program goals.
Teams & Project Support:
- Assist the Program Director and other staff with coordination of special projects and community
initiatives - Attend and support occasional evening and weekend events and meetings
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Loan processing experience preferred
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to, handle sensitive and
confidential issues in a professional manner and manage crisis situations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and applications, and database systems and softwares
as needed by program. - Public speaking and presentation skills are a plus
Education and Experience
- Minimum 1-year experience in program coordination, administrative support, or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred – HS Diploma with 2 years of college coursework or equivalent
experience
Additional Requirements
- Must have access to reliable transportation provide proof of current California driver’s license,
acceptable driving record (current DMV H6 printout), and current liability auto insurance - Fingerprinting and TB Clearance
- Certified CPR ( or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
- Bilingual skills a plus
