We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at VIA Apartments in Albuquerque, NM. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of property maintenance to ensure that our residential community remains a safe, comfortable, and attractive place for our residents to call home.
**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and oversee daily maintenance operations, including scheduling and supervising a team of maintenance technicians.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property, equipment, and systems to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize repairs and extend the life of equipment and facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

**Qualifications:**

- Strong knowledge of building systems, facilities maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Availability to work on-call as needed and respond to emergency situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in maintenance or related fields is a plus.
