**Job Summary:**

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee all maintenance operations, manage a team of technicians, and coordinate with property management to deliver exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Schedule and perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Assign repair tasks and conduct quality checks to ensure work meets company standards.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to resolve them effectively.
- Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment and order replacements as needed.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and support maintenance staff in technical and safety procedures.
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with property management to address resident concerns and improve overall satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in a residential or commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.

**Education and Experience:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, with supervisory experience.
