What You Will Do
- Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available apartment homes and community amenities.
- Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.
- Present property features, floor plans, pricing, lease terms, and community policies clearly and accurately.
- Guide applicants through the leasing process, from application to move-in.
- Prepare lease paperwork and ensure documentation is complete and organized.
- Follow up with prospects to encourage conversions and maintain strong lead management practices.
- Support resident retention efforts by delivering excellent service and addressing questions or concerns.
- Assist with apartment readiness, move-in coordination, and related administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records in property management systems and leasing logs.
- Work collaboratively with property management, maintenance, and other team members to support daily operations.
