Leasing Consultant Harmon 370

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented professional to join our team and help create a positive experience for current and prospective residents. In this role, you will support leasing activities, build strong relationships, and contribute to the success of the community through excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide a welcoming, professional first impression
• Conduct property tours and highlight community features, amenities, and available homes
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a timely and courteous manner
• Guide applicants through the leasing process, including applications, screenings, and move-in preparation
• Maintain accurate records of guest cards, applications, leases, and resident interactions
• Support marketing efforts to attract and retain residents
• Assist with resident relations and help resolve concerns with professionalism and care
• Coordinate with the property management team to help ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow fair housing, company policies, and all applicable regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leasing, customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to provide a professional, friendly, and solution-focused experience
• Comfort working with leasing software, office systems, and standard computer applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and property management practices is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
