**Job Description:**

The Ridge in Albuquerque is seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Agent to join their vibrant team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be instrumental in helping potential tenants find their home within our community. Your passion for real estate, excellent customer service skills, and proactive approach will drive occupancy rates and ensure tenant satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Serve as the primary contact for prospective residents via phone, email, and in-person tours to showcase available properties.
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about the community, amenities, and available units.
- Assist prospective tenants with rental applications, ensuring all required documents and fees are collected.
- Process lease agreements, ensuring all terms are clearly communicated and understood by new residents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospective and current tenants using property management software.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into residents, while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure all units are ready and presentable for tours and new tenants.
- Assist in planning and executing community events and initiatives to enhance tenant experience and foster community spirit.
- Stay informed about the local rental market and assist in strategizing competitive pricing and promotional offers.
- Address and resolve any tenant inquiries and concerns with efficiency and care, escalating issues to management when necessary.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in leasing, sales, or a similar customer service-oriented role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and local rental regulations is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in real estate or property management is a plus.
