Responsibilities
- Execute planograms to stock baked products at two leading supermarkets in Arcadia Fl.
- Set up attractive visual displays to enhance store aesthetics and maximize Sales
- Rotate products using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to ensure maximum freshness. Monitor expiration dates, pull stale or damaged items from shelves, and process credits/returns accurately.
- Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to ensure product availability and presentation standards are met. Analyze sales patterns for your assigned stores to help inventory needs and ensure high-demand items are always available without creating excessive waste.
- Oversee promotional setups, and branding consistency across all displays.
Skills
- Experience in retail or merchandising environments with strong leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of marketing principles to develop engaging in-store promotions and branding initiatives
- Multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases and team member
- Experience with planograms and store management processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and stock levels
- Excellent communication skills to ensure exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced retail setting
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
- Comfortable with frequent bending, squatting, twisting, and standing for long periods.
This role is ideal for motivated individuals, who like to wake up early and are looking for PART TIME employment. On most days, the job is completed, in 3 hours, by 9am and pays $60 a day. There are five days available for a total of $300 per week. It is great supplemental income for the right person. You’ll work independently partnering directly with store management so reliability, professionalism, and strong communication are essential.
