Store Manager

Duties

• Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
• Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff to foster a high-performing team dedicated to excellence.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and employee orientation to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Oversee inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize profitability.
• Handle cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity.
• Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Maintain operational standards by supervising shift management, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Skills

• Strong leadership abilities with experience in retail management and supervising teams.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
• Skilled in negotiation, customer service excellence, and employee orientation techniques.
• Proficient in inventory management systems, POS technology, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and retail math.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and operational management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of merchandising strategies, pricing tactics, marketing initiatives, and inventory control procedures.
• Experience with wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus but not required.
